    TEMPO is used as a catalyst in organic synthesis and for the oxidation of primary alcohols to aldehydes.

Storage

  • Store in a cool place.
  • Incompatible with strong oxidizing agents and strong acids.

Health & Safety

  • Do not inhale substance/mixture.
  • Avoid generation of vapors / aerosols.
  • Keep away from open flames, hot surfaces and sources of ignition.
  • In case of contact, the affected area is to be washed with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes.
  • In case of inhalation, the victim should be moved to fresh air and oxygen should be administered.
  • In case of ingestion, the victim should be made to consume copious quantities of milk and water.
  • Medical advice should be sought at once.
