    Used as a colorant.

Storage

  • Can be stored in a safe manner in closed containers for a long period. Avoid contact with copper and its alloys. 2EHOPA drums should be stored in a cool and well ventilated area, away from the source of ignition.

Health & Safety

  • 2EHOPA is irritating to skin, eyes and the mucous membrane. In case of contact, the affected area is to be washed with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes.
  • In case of inhalation, the victim should be moved to fresh air and oxygen should be administered. In case of ingestion, the victim should be made to consume copious quantities of milk and water. Medical advice should be sought at once. Personal protective equipment should always be used while handling.
